Come and enjoy an evening that will showcase works choreographed by the members of Visions in Rhythm. The members look forward to sharing their artistic vision with you! Donations welcome at the door.

Under the guidance of Tapestry Co-Founders Acia Gray and Deirdre Strand, this junior level company is directed by Tasha Lawson and explores the Tapestry philosophy through the rehearsal process and public performance. The Visions in Rhythm members rehearse with guest and resident choreographers in the development of multi-form concert works ranging from ballet, jazz, modern, tap and ethnic. These middle and high school students were recently featured on News 8 ‘Fit for Friday.’ Visions in Rhythm produces a new full length concert work each season. This year Visions in Rhythm premiered "Black and White and Read All Over" on March 10th at Helm Fine Arts Center on the St. Stephen’s Campus. Thanks to all of you who came out to support the performance and the silent auction fundraiser.

In late July and early August, members of the company will be traveling to Chicago to attend the Youth Ensemble Workshop at the Chicago Human Rhythm Project on the campus of Northwestern University.
